RTS IMS2100

The IMS2100 is a real time Impact Monitoring System for use on forklifts and other materials handling equipment.

The IMS2100 was designed to reduce the operational costs incurred by damage sustained by harsh operator use and accidents.

The IMS2100 monitors and records operator activity and will sound an internal alarm when a forklift comes into contact with another forklift, storage racking, pallatised goods or other physical objects that would either be damaged or damage the forklift truck. The impact host software can send email alerts to warehouse managers including impact log data and can be accessed using a standard web browser or the IMS host software on your local area network.

The IMS2100 has been proven to reduce forklift damage and therefore significantly reduce operational costs.
