We offer a range of maintenance options from cost per call, return to base and same day onsite breakdown / preventative maintenance options with 24 hour turn around times based on client requirements. Onsite packages are available with 5 day x 8 hour through to 24/7 support options as well as an after hours telephone help desk. We also offer seasonal maintenance agreements.
Our standard maintenance arrangement offers an onsite, 4 hours response time (not including travel). All RTS products are serviced for up to 7 years from the last date of manufacture.

Our customer centre is the gateway to all our clients needs. RTS Certified customers will be able to access client related information, product manuals and place customer service requests through our customer centre.
